History
The Northwest Arkansas Area Alumnae Chapter was chartered on November 22, 1998 by 19 phenomenal women under the leadership of Southwest Regional Director Cynthia Butler-McIntyre, 24th National President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Marcia Fudge, 21st National President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
These women worked tirelessly to continue the legacy of scholarship and sisterhood while committing to improving the communities in which they lived. Their impact continues to be evident in the programs and events hosted by the chapter still to this day.
